We only accept deposits from the payment method you registered during account setup. If you want to use a different wallet or bank account, contact our support team to update it.
Withdrawals and settlement

Bank transfers (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) settle within 1–2 business hours. We charge no withdrawal fee.
Your bandardewi balance is always yours. When you withdraw, your entire balance is available—there are no holds, no wagering requirements before you can cash out. Winnings from games settle instantly to your balance and are withdrawable immediately.
Bonuses and promotional terms on bandardewi
We occasionally offer deposit bonuses or promotional credits. These are always optional. When we offer a bonus, we clearly state any conditions—such as game eligibility, expiry date, or withdrawal rules. You decide whether to accept it. If you accept, you agree to those conditions. If the error was on your end (such as an incomplete bank transfer), we explain what happened and how to resolve it.

Data and jurisdiction on bandardewi
We encrypt all personal data and payment information. We never sell your data. Your account information is deleted 90 days after you close your account. Your payment information is deleted immediately after a transaction completes (except for legal records, which we keep for 7 years).
bandardewi operates in supported Indonesian jurisdictions. If your circumstances change and you move to an unsupported region, you must close your account. Continued use of bandardewi from an unsupported jurisdiction may result in account suspension. Services on bandardewi are available only where applicable law permits.
