What you need to verify your account
We ask for three pieces of information: a photo ID, a phone number, and optionally, a proof of address. The photo ID must be a government-issued document—KTP (Indonesian ID card), passport, or SIM card. The photo needs to be clear and readable; if it's blurry or cut off at the edges, we'll ask you to upload again.
Your phone number is verified via SMS. We send a six-digit code; you enter it into the app or website to confirm the number belongs to you. This takes 30 seconds. We use the phone number for account recovery and withdrawal confirmations later.
Proof of address is optional but speeds up processing. A recent utility bill (electricity, water, internet) or bank statement showing your name and address works. If you skip this step, verification still completes, but it may take slightly longer.
Upload process
On the mobile app, tap Account → Verify Identity. You see three upload boxes: Photo ID, Phone, and Address (optional). Tap each box, your phone's camera opens, snap a photo, and the file uploads automatically. If you're using a web browser, you can drag and drop files or click to browse your computer.
Files must be JPG, PNG, or PDF format and under 5 MB each. We store them encrypted and delete them after 90 days if your account remains verified. We never share documents with third parties.
Timeline and what to expect
Most verifications complete within subject to verification. A system scans your ID for validity (expiry date, formatting), and if it passes, you're approved. During high-traffic periods—like evening hours, Liga 1 match days, or the week before Idul Fitri—processing may take 2–4 hours because our team manually reviews edge cases.
If your documents are unclear or incomplete, we send a notification asking you to re-upload. You have 7 days to resubmit; if you don't, the verification request expires and you start over. This rarely happens if you follow the guidelines: good lighting, straight-on angle, and a recent document.
Verification status tracker
After uploading, navigate to Account → Verification Status. You see a progress bar and a timestamp of your last upload. If it's been rejected, the reason appears here—usually "ID too blurry" or "document expired". Resubmit with a clearer photo or a current ID.
After verification: deposits and withdrawals
Once verified, you can deposit immediately. On the app, tap Wallet → Deposit. You choose a payment method from the list: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). For digital wallets, you're redirected to their app or website to confirm the transfer. For bank transfers, our system generates a unique reference number you use at an ATM or mobile banking app.
Deposits arrive instantly for e-wallets and within 2–4 hours for bank transfers (depending on your bank's processing speed). Once the funds land in your account, your balance updates and you can join a live table, place a sportsbook bet, or spin the slots immediately.



Withdrawals follow the same payment channels. Tap Wallet → Withdraw, enter an amount (minimum our welcome offer), and confirm. We refund to the payment method you used to deposit—if you funded via mobile banking, your withdrawal goes back to that local payment account. This prevents fraud and simplifies bookkeeping.

Security and data handling
Your identity documents and personal data are encrypted in transit and at rest using AES-256 encryption.
